Starlight is home to a relatively unknown but exceptional herdsire Adagio, and Marley is another of his offspring to inherit his exceptionally fine fiber.  Marley also has the Augusto bloodline in her pedigree through her dam Festiva, which contributes great density and softness to her fleece.  Marley was bred in 2010 to our “young and arrived” herdsire Maple Brook Manny and her first cria was an outstanding white female Cynthiana. So impressed were we with this union that we repeated it this fall and Marley is due to deliver her second Manny cria in September 2012.  Marley is a young, proven female that will be a great producer of fine-fibered cria for years to come.
